DUTIES: Coordinates the processing of orders from
customers with the Credit, Scheduling, Traffic and Shipping departments;

National Market Sales Manager to help establish a marketing plan. Contacts
prospective customers to solicit new business through telemarketing under the
guidelines established in the marketing plan. Sets up new potential accounts
in areas determined by the National Market Sales Manager. Keeps the Internal
Sales Manager and National Market Sales Manager, and company, informed of
competitive sales techniques, new products, pricing, problems or unusual
situations in the market. Investigates and expedites product warranty claims
and complaints in accordance with marketing policies. Issues credits to customers after approved
by the Internal Sales Manager, National Sales Manager or Division Manager.
Updates credit/return book with current information. Informs current and
potential customers of our existing products based on application. Promotes
good customer relations by satisfying customer questions, requests and
complaints in a timely manner. Updates and follows through with customer reactions.
Prepares price quotations, within established division guidelines and
division approval, based on competitive situations and follows up on large
quotations. Acts as a liaison between customers, production, traffic and
shipping in resolving delivery problems, quality issues and other points of
contention. Initiates customer
and potential customer correspondence and processes sample and literature
requests. Contact assigned accounts on a continual basis as instructed or
required. Product Development Specialist (7/28/10) Engineered
Films Division – Sioux Falls, SD QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of five
years experience with EFD manufacturing processes in a role that includes
process problem solving or a four year degree in Chemistry, Engineering,
Material Science or other related field. Ability to communicate effectively,
both verbally and in writing. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Knowledge of
polymers, additives, processes and the ability to stay updated on new
advances in our industry. Needs the ability to use sound judgment in giving
technical advice. Correctional vision and upper body movement for operating a
computer. Hearing and verbal communication ability for working with customers
and company personnel. JOB
DUTIES: Manage the product request for quotation
and new product trial processes. Keep
the Management System documentation up to date. Conduct meetings to coordinate product
development efforts with sales, manufacturing, engineering, scheduling,
quality control, product development and management. Continually research
information regarding new resins, additives, processes or any knowledge that
will allow us to remain a leader in our field. Further investigate these
advances by determining how existing products could be improved as well as in
the development of new products or processes. This individual will also be
responsible for communicating this knowledge to Sales, Marketing and
Production personnel. Formulate new products including: polymers, additives
and processes designed to meet our customer’s performance and pricing
expectations in conjunction with sales, manufacturing and the rest of the
product development group. Responsibility for new or modified existing
product development begins at the time customer’s needs are defined.
Responsibilities do not end until all formulas, processes, testing and
specifications have been completed. Production must be informed of the entire
process necessary to run as a standard product. This position will
require travel for technical meets and working directly with the end user. Determine
product specifications and assist in updating existing product
specifications. Provide costing for custom and new products based on
guidelines established by the Division Manager. Sales Specialist – Grower Products (7/22/10) Applied Technology
Division – Sioux Falls, SD Function
as the primary sales person and channel developer to maximize sales revenues
from grower products - which include SmarTrax RTK, Planter Systems, Yield
Monitors and others. Work with existing and
prospective accounts in geographic territory (primarily in the United
States). Prepare price quotations,
terms of sale and delivery dates, etc. Identify new products and product
enhancement opportunities. Work with
the field representatives to provide training, distributor support, and
dealer development. College
degree in business, agriculture, agronomy, or engineering or a minimum of

preferred. Component Engineer (7/7/10) Electronic
Systems Division – Sioux Falls, SD QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Electronics
Engineering, Electrical Engineering or in related field and 3 to 4 years
of related experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Electronic components and
component packaging. Electronic design experience is preferred. Strong ability to interpret component
drawings and specifications. Ability
to communicate effectively with various departments. Ability to communicate
orally and in writing. Mobility, standing, walking and sitting abilities.

computer skills. JOB DUTIES: Provides technical support for
component issues including identification of alternate parts, packaging
issues, obsolete components and component process analysis. Assists with incoming inspection issues and
rejects and help to resolve problem. Works with customer in finding
alternates for components that have gone obsolete. Assists engineering in
determining component process requirements, manufacturing component issues
and component ECO's. Maintains part
descriptions and item families in AS400.

DUTIES: Directly supervise the National Market Sales Specialist within
the respective Market. Oversee the staff’s
