Systems Division – Shift:
5:30 AM – 4:00PM, Monday-Thursday Qualifications: High School
diploma or GED. Ability
to read and interpret documents such as assembly drawings, bill of materials,
safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability
to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units
of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to
apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in
written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving
several concrete variables in standardized situations. In this position you are required to stand,
walk, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and
hear. Ability to lift 25 pounds. Must have vision ability for close vision,
color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust

Duties:
Follows
Standard Manufacturing Procedures and written Manufacturing Processes. Types computer commands to enter program that directs
machine to place components in specified locations on PCB’s. Types computer commands to enter program
that directs machine to stencil PCB’s. Types computer commands to enter program
that directs machine to reflow PCB’s. Positions tape reels, plastic sticks or
waffle trays containing components into feeding mechanism to load machine.
Performs set-up of stencil
printer to print adhesive and solder pastes. Verifies equipment operators
machine set-up to the manufacturing process prior to production runs.
Performs minor computer
editing of machine programs. Positions PCB’s on machine bed holding fixtures, starts
machine, and monitors machine operation. Removes assembled PCB’s from
machine bed and inspects PCB’s for defects, such as missing components
or misplaced components. Stops machine and notifies SMT Floor Supervisor of machine
malfunctions. Records
production information such as production levels, machine downtime, and
defects. Makes minor
machine adjustments and clears machine jams. Performs scheduled machine maintenance
at an operator and intermediate level. Electronic Assembler Electronic Systems
Division – Shifts: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM OR 4:00 PM –
2:30 AM, Monday-Thursday Qualifications: High School or equivalent education. Previous
experience in a contract manufacturing environment helpful. Ability to
communicate effectively with supervisor and coworkers. Ability
to use various hand tools, soldering irons and test equipment. Good
eye/hand coordination. Position requires communication skills,
sitting, bending, lifting and occasional walking. Good hand dexterity. Job Duties: Prep, crimp and install wires; install
eyelets, terminals and studs. Install various inserts, parts, rivets,
etc. in assemblies. Assemble subassemblies using various mechanical tools and
fixtures. Solder printed circuit boards (PCB's) and other
subassemblies. Cut and bend resistors, capacitors and
other components. Clean, mask and encase circuit boards
and other assemblies. Inspect units for defects at various
stages of production prior to inspection by Quality Control. Touch
up PCB's by soldering as needed. Stamp, label and package units. Maintain
daily work record. Return defective parts to crib area. Test
PCB's at ICT or FCT. Equal
